Parties

LilyPad offers both open and exclusive parties.

Open Parties

Open parties are held during regular play hours. Guests will have use of the private event room for the designated 1.5 hour time slot, but may come to play at any time on the day of the event.

The fee includes:

  • Play Pass for 12 children ($6 each additional, limit 18)
  • 1.5 hours use of the private event room
  • Dining tables with linens, plates, and silverware
  • 2 tables for food/gift set up
  • Set up and clean up by Lilypad Staff

Availability:

Weekends: 10:30am-12:00pm OR 12:30pm-2:00pm

Weekdays: Flexible, around class schedule

Exclusive Parties

Exclusive parties are held after Lilypad has closed to the public. Guests will have exclusive use of the entire venue for 2 hours, but may come to play at any time on the day of the event.

Includes:

  • Play Pass for 15 children ($6 each additional)
  • 2 hours exclusive use of LilyPad
  • Dining tables with linens, plates, and silverware
  • 2 tables for food/gift set up
  • Set up and clean up by Lilypad Staff

Weekends: 3:00pm – 5:00pm

Fridays: 5:00pm – 7:00pm

In addition to the basic party packages, Lilypad offers the following add-ons:

  • Custom catering packages from Eli’s BBQ!
  • Guided craft led by a Lilypad Coordinator ($2-$5 per child, based on scope)
  • Theme/decor planning ($40 includes wall, ceiling and tabletop decor)
  • Extra event time ($100/hour)
  • Drink Package ($25, includes coffee, tea, water, and 1 juice box/child)
