Meet Brit + Em co-founders of The Nest-Play for Littles!
Children are their combined passion. NKU and UC graduate these two hold many years in early childhood, health, and developmental education. After having their own children these two discovered the transition to motherhood was more of a challenge than they believed. As Em cared for her daughter and nephew, Brit was busy caring for her twins-which made finding space and activities for such a large crew quite the challenge! At the time, finding appropriate activities that were engaging, safe, and ‘easy’ was every bit of non existent, and that’s when the dreams began…
5 years and two Covid babies later, The Nest was born to inspire Play. During a PlayDate littles and caregivers can expect crafting, imagining, and creating meaningful experiences for 0-preschool. We have a steadfast mission to provide caregivers with a schedule of places and events that give the feeling of home. Space that allows littles to explore their imagination and creativity freely through play-in ways that are not always practical at home and way more fun with friends!
